Welcome to Coastal Therapies. My name is Liz and I am a licensed and multi certified therapist. I specialize in neuromuscular therapy and manual lymph drainage or MLD. I have been practicing for almost fifteen years and truly love what I do. It gives me great satisfaction to work with people in a way that helps them heal and truly find relief from chronic pain. I am able to see my clients transition to states of deep relaxation and find relief when nothing else has worked. Through a combination of many modalities, I am able to help my clients achieve pain relief, a reduction in stress, overall well-being and new healthy habits that will last a lifetime. I have seen clients reduce anxiety and depression with regular treatments. I have also seen how massage in combination with other practices such as chiropractic, physical therapy and acupuncture can bring about the state of well-being in the body. MLD can help reduce edema or swelling in the body, improve seasonal allergies, pre-and post op surgery swelling, reduction in edema during pregnancy and improve the immune system after cancer treatments.
